After checking their battery activity, many users are claiming that the Knox matrix is to blame. In several screenshots, it appears that the Knox Matrix is consuming more than its fair share of battery power. It appears that the app is constantly running in the background and putting pressure on the CPU.

If you’re unfamiliar with Knox Matrix, it’s part of Samsung’s security infrastructure. It plays a role in detecting threats, isolating damaged devices, and securely sharing credentials on Android. As a result, it is deeply embedded in the hardware and cannot be easily uninstalled.
Samsung has not yet publicly acknowledged the issue. However, community moderators are asking users to contact a service technician to gather more information. Android Authority Samsung has been contacted for comment.
