A 15-year-old Palestinian died after being shot by Israeli forces during a raid in the occupied West Bank city of Nablus, Palestinian media reported.
The official Palestinian news agency Wafa reported on Thursday, citing medical sources, that the teenager was seriously wounded by a live ammunition hit in the shoulder and was taken to a nearby hospital, where he died.

Aboud al-Akar, the municipality’s communications director, told the AFP news agency that six Israeli army vehicles had arrived in Nablus in the morning.
He said the soldiers talked to shop owners in the commercial area of ​​Rafidiya district and shot the teenagers as they were leaving the town.
“We don’t know why they shot this child while he was going out,” he said.
The Israeli military said a Palestinian threw stones at its forces during an “operational activity” in the area of ​​Nablus and that forces “initiated the standard suspect capture procedure, which ended with firing on the suspect”.
The army said it was aware of reports that one Palestinian was killed at the scene.
