Prince Harry has been called out for his latest comments on the royal family.
The Duke of Sussex, who recently visited Ukraine, claimed that he is still in touch with the royals, six years after leaving the UK.
Speaking about Harry’s latest comments on Ax, netizens went into an uproar and put King Charles’s younger son back in his place.
One critic on X wrote: “No, you are not. You do not represent the Emperor, you do not represent the Commonwealth, you do not perform official duties.”
He added: “Hasn’t he complained bitterly about royal life and the expectations he was born into? But now he’s stomping his feet and crossing his arms, ‘I’m a working royal!'”
Another critic said: “Just saying ‘I’m royalty’ is demanding the privilege he’s had his whole life before he gave it up to move to California six years ago. Now he wants it back, but we don’t do royalty in America. Except as a courtesy to people like his father and grandmother. It’s really limited and up to our discretion.”
Prince Harry left the royal family in 2020 along with wife Meghan Markle and son Prince Archie. The couple later accused the royal family of showing racism towards their son and shared their grievances publicly on television. Harry and Meghan now live in California, where they also welcomed their daughter, Princess Lilibet.
