Megan Thee Stallion has officially confirmed that she is exiting “Moulin Rouge! The Musical” early.
The 31-year-old rapper took to his Instagram handle on Monday to announce that his last show playing Zidler will be on May 1.
“My last performance as Zidler in Hotties, @molinrougebway will be in May,” Megan shared. “It is such an honor to be a part of your Moulin Rouge family and I have met so many amazing people in this theater!”
He further wrote, “You all work very hard and I have so much respect for the dedication, stamina, work ethic, time and effort you put into your work!
The Savages hitmaker added, “I’m so grateful for the cast and crew who made this experience so worthwhile.”
The three-time Grammy winner thanked her fans for their support and described the experience as “so honorable.”
Megan added, “And to all the lovely people who came or plan to attend, thank you for supporting me during this incredible journey! I love you all. See you soon.”
This shocking announcement comes just 2 days after Megan announced her split from NBA star Klay Thompson.
For those who don’t know, the ‘Body’ singer was originally scheduled to perform on May 17.
