The Growth Indicator, Equity Indicator and S-REIT Indicator apps had to undergo an upgrade (v 1.0.1 beta) with AI generated insights for further fundamental analysis. This is consistent with the fundamental analysis framework of the Bedokian portfolio which includes environmental and economic factors. Terms1.
For both Growth Indicators and Equity Indicators, the AI ​​generated insights included three sections, namely: Market Share, Sectoral/Industry SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis and Macro Factors. The first two cover the environmental factor analysis part while the latter covers the economic situation part. As far as S-REIT indicators are concerned, only SWOT analysis and macro factors are displayed. While the insights displayed are relatively brief, they provide a direction for the investor to dive deeper into for further fundamental analysis.
