Match No. 41, between Mumbai Indians (MI) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai. During the toss, MI captain Hardik Pandya provided a big update on former team skipper Rohit Sharma, who is suffering from a hamstring injury sustained in the game against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).
During the toss, Hardik Pandya said that Rohit Sharma will need a few more matches to regain his full fitness. Earlier, in yesterday’s press conference it was said that the decision on Rohit will be taken during the toss and the updated decision has come from the franchise captain.

Hardik said, “Rohit is going to play a few more games. He is trying, it is not exactly to the level where he wants, so is not available for the team. Absolutely (on his form). We just want to come out and play the best cricket I know. It will definitely help the group and the team.”
