It seems that parenting styles are always evolving and adjusting according to the times in which they develop – and perhaps as a reaction to previous iterations of parenting styles. Lately, they’ve also been called some favorite names (helicopter parenting comes to mind). The snowplow is right there: a parenting style that we’ve seen emerge over the past few years.
