Tori Spelling just said she “can’t wait” to become a grandmother.
The 52-year-old actress, who has Liam, 18, Stella, 17, Hattie, 14, and Finn, 13, with ex-husband Dean McDermott, doesn’t think she’ll have kids anytime soon, but she’s excited for when that time comes and to have a big family around her.
Discussing his hopes for the future, he said us weekly Magazine, “Okay, I can wait for that but one day, one day, one day, I can’t wait for our family to grow and become grandmothers and great-grandmothers.”
Tori continued, “We had a small family growing up. Obviously I have a big family now. I’ve watched my older kids find their own partners and get to know their families.
“I say, ‘Oh my God, I see the future’ and it’s not right now, but I can’t wait to be that grandmother and great-grandmother, and I have a lot of grandchildren and kids running around and cooking for them and celebrating life with them,” she said.
April was a challenging month for Tori as she and her children were involved in a car accident, and she also mourned the death of her ex-boyfriend Patrick Muldoon from a heart attack.
And the past few weeks have made beverly hills 90210 The star vowed to appreciate every moment even more.
She said, “You have to celebrate it,” adding, “And I think life is too short, and we’re all realizing that lately. So, yes, you have to celebrate every day.”
Tory recently paid tribute days of Our Lives star Patrick, whom she met on a blind date and remained “good friends” after their romance ended.
“This post took me a few days. I wasn’t ready to write because it felt real then. And, it shouldn’t be real. @thepatrickmuldoon and I met on a blind date. Thankfully it wasn’t a blind date at all because we were both on a TV series,” she wrote on Instagram.
“Like every other girl in the world, I was inspired by her character Austin days of Our Lives. I’m not sure I ever disclosed this to him. Tori Spelling went on to dedicate a lengthy tribute to Patrick, writing, “What I met and ultimately fell in love with was not just a beautiful creature on the outside, but the most beautiful soul.”
