Hudson Place Residences is the newest condo to be established in Mediapolis in the One-North precinct. The 327-unit development is being developed by a consortium of Chinese developers including Qingjian Realty, Forsia Holdings, CYZ Land and Jiannan Capital. The public preview of the condominium at Media Circle began on May 1 and attracted over 3,500 visitors over the long weekend. This is the second time that the Qingjian-led consortium will launch a new condo in the one-north precinct. Last year, Qingjian and its partners (Forsea, JACD, Jiannan) launched the 358-unit Bloomsbury Residences, due in March 2025. Keen buyers will note that Qingjian and its partners paid a lower land rate for the site to be developed into Hudson Place Residences than the bid price submitted for Bloomsbury Residences.
