It appears Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is planning to take up arms against his ex-wife Given her new quest for a bigger payout, it’s almost certain that if the ex-Duchess releases enough details about her time at the firm, some say, it could rival Prince Harry’s.
A well-respected source spoke about these concerns, which are beginning to come to the mind of the ex-duke, who is currently living in a privately funded royal estate, according to Near magazine.
Speaking with the outlet, the source explained the layout of the battleground and admitted, “Andrew has recently been threatening to sue everyone, including Sarah. He’s saying that if she moves forward with this and doesn’t give him final approval on what’s included in it, he’ll have his lawyers on her and the publishers and get an injunction.”
As far as enforcing the rules, the insider explains that Andrew is not only demanding that he get control over what actually goes into the final draft, but is also said to want a “bigger share” of whatever he is paid.
Furthermore “if she doesn’t agree it could be very difficult for her to actually sign any deals if legal gets involved and scare off publishers.”
It also said, “Behind all her pretense there was a real nervousness about what she might actually say, because if anyone knows her secrets it’s Sarah and her whole story so far has been that she’s just another victim, for something she’s completely to blame for.”
However, Fergie, the former Duchess of York, who lost the right to use the title after her ex-husband was stripped of his honors and titles, “doesn’t seem the least bit worried about him suing her”.
Right now “She says anything he tries to do legally to stop her will just create more interest in her side of the story, so right now her attitude towards him is very much ‘bring it on’, she’s completely defiant.”
As for the matter itself, Andrew is adamant that nothing actually damaging has made it to print, because “the last thing he needs is to cause further damage to his reputation.”
