listening to father’s heart
Son, the world believes you must be strong to be valuable, but I want you to know that I often use broken utensils. When my son Jacob was wrestling with my angel, he was literally trying with me. In his early years he used control and manipulation in his relationships because they were driven by fear and insecurity. He was such a strong leader. He had many good qualities. But he depended largely on his own strength. I had to overcome his physical strength so that he could realize my strength. Like a horse, his strong will had to be broken. Otherwise, he would not have fulfilled his destiny; His life required a lameness. You have also been blessed to be lame. This often unwanted gift allows My sons and daughters to realize that true life can come only when they fully recognize Me. It is my nature to work with broken utensils. Embrace it and see what I will do through your lameness.
This is what the LORD says, “At that time I will gather the lame, and those who have been cast out, and those whom I have afflicted; and those who were lame I will save, and those who were thrown away I will make into a strong nation; and the LORD will reign over them on Mount Zion from that time forward forever. Micah 4:6-7
The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves the oppressed. Ps 34:18
