A new mixed-use development in Melbourne, Australia will launch for sales this weekend. The 320-unit project is called 623 Collins and is located in the heart of Melbourne’s Central Business District. The project consists of a new 42-storey residential tower connected to two restored heritage-listed buildings, the State Savings Bank of Victoria (1924) and the Batman Hill Hotel. Led by Melbourne-based property developer Sterling Global, these heritage buildings have been restored as part of the 623 Collins development, and will contain over 29,063 sq ft of office space and approximately 9,688 sq ft of retail and hospitality space.
