Eden Rock – There is something about St. Barths that changes your pace as soon as you arrive. For me, a long-time fan of Oetker Collection properties over the past 12 years, Eden Rock has always stood out. The stripes, the branding, all that effortless luxury. Everything feels elevated, but never extreme.
The day starts slowly there. Straight near the water, skin still cold, hair pulled back, in the middle of nowhere. A leisurely lunch turns into a long afternoon on the sand, rolling snow straight from the ice bucket with La Piscine in hand. Fresh face towels in your beach bag for everything, and mouth tape at night for deeper sleep and better mornings afterward.

wake up inside Petite Plum x Eden Rock PajamasFollowed by a nice, long breakfast.
My order: Iced coffee, shaken in a martini shaker with extra ice, garnished with 2 coffee beans. Maybe even an Eden Garden juice and a glass of champagne.
Michael’s Order: CocoCoffee – Very strong iced coffee, stirred, garnished with 1 coffee bean.
10:00 AM
Jump in the ocean, then head to Eden Spa with Michael for a facial ice roller (I always ask for additional facial massage instead of mask). bring your spf And ask them to implement it for you.
11:00 AM

11:30 AM
Get ready for lunch at The Sand Bar.
My order: Arugula Pizza (with avocado and jalapeno) and Lemongrass Ginger Rice.
12:30 PM
Eat, prep skin with another ice roll, hydration and SPF, swim on the swim platform, snorkel, walk in the sand.

Read and relax by the pool while rolling on the ice for a refreshing reset.

Reapply SPF, then swim with the kids at Eden Rock Villa.

Skinny Confidential Cocktail Hour at the Hotel Bar.
My order: Panda Cup – Lalo Tequila Spicy Marg (diluted with red chili).
9:00 pm
Adult dinner in the villa (Barolo wine, artichoke salad) followed by moonlit Jacuzzi. Then it’s time to sleep with the ice roller, portable red light lamp And tape over the mouth.
