Kate Middleton’s recent trip to Italy marks an important step forward for her following her cancer recovery. The Prince of Wales, who is set to step down this week, is deeply grateful for his continued contribution to children’s care.
Christian Guy, Executive Director of The Royal Foundation Center for Early Childhood, said: “We are now entering an important new phase in the Centre’s journey.
“Having built on her UK and international work in this area for many years, the Princess is here to lead a new global conversation about this with her Center for Early Childhood She believes we now need to focus on early brain development and nurturing the whole child with the same sense of urgency and mission as other global challenges like climate change – if we really want to get ahead of these challenges in the future. This is about real prevention.
“Our goal will be to create a blueprint for lifelong human well-being and connection around the world, by building a global coalition and uniting people around the golden opportunity of childhood,” he said.
