friendships are important

It is important to have a short-term perspective as well as an eternal perspective on life. There is a lot going on when we are young. Some of the things we experience are quite confusing, especially with regard to career, calling and, especially, life partner.
Relationships, (or the lack thereof), can be a source of heartache and suffering or the greatest happiness and blessings – that is, someone loves someone else they don’t like at all, someone is with someone else who is not the best match for them, someone breaks someone else’s heart, or maybe Jack and Jill. Are The perfect match, etc. I’ve heard older people say that your twenties are the hardest years for you; I think it’s partly due to the fact that there’s all this chaos going on in relationships.
“Ignore offense and embrace friendship…” Proverbs 17:9a
But no matter what happens, it is important for our friendship to remain intact. Our marriage will not be in heaven. So why should we idealize the pursuit of marriage? If this is God’s plan for us then He will bring the right person into our lives at the right time. The main thing is to trust him. Being single is wonderful, and marriage is great too. But we must not let the possession of one or the absence of the other deprive us of our joy or faith in God. When this happens, we have allowed him to become a role model for us. Of course, the foundation of all great relationships is friendship. And living the best life we ​​can possibly begin begins with friendship with God.
Be happy, enjoy your life, whether single or married. And, especially, build long-lasting relationships with others. This is most important. “For the whole law is summed up in one precept, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'” (Galatians 5:14)
