Rumors began circulating in April that Samsung would be adding a fourth member to its Galaxy S27 family, and yesterday a new rumor told us what the screen size of the Galaxy S27 Pro will be. Today another rumor is talking about its camera.
Based on previous rumors, we were under the impression that the S27 Pro would be the S27 Ultra without the S Pen and smaller in size. However, this new rumor contradicts this, stating that the Pro and Ultra will have a separate telephoto camera.
Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra
The Galaxy S27 Ultra is rumored to have only three cameras on the back, which is one less than all of its predecessors. Thus it will have only one telephoto shooter. On the other hand, it is expected to use new sensors for both the main camera and the ultrawide.
If the source of this rumor is correct, these will be shared with the Galaxy S27 Pro, while the telephoto will be different, although it’s not clear in what way. We assume the fact that the S27 Pro is smaller than the S27 Ultra may play a role in this differentiation, with the Pro probably getting a smaller sensor for its telephoto, but we’ll have to wait until more information arrives to be sure, so stay tuned.
