Operating revenue, EBITDA and OpCo EBIT1 increased by 2.7%, 1.1% and 4.7% respectively, primarily driven by NCS, Digital Infraco and Optus. Associates’ post-tax profit contribution increased by 11%. Excluding Intouch2 and constant currency terms3, associates’ post-tax contribution would have increased by 26% due to the strong performance of Airtel, AIS and Globe. Underlying net profit rose 11%. A net extraordinary profit of S$787 million was recorded mainly from the sale of a partial stake in Airtel. Net profit after net extraordinary gain was S$2.20 billion. Free cash flow decreased 16% due to lower operating cash, partially offset by lower capital expenditures. Excluding the special dividend from InTouch, free cash flow would have declined by 2.4% in the last corresponding period. Operating revenue remained flat for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, while EBITDA and OpCo EBIT1 were up 1.5% and 8.9%, respectively, primarily driven by NCS and Optus.
