Summer shopping is finally here, and several obvious trends are already gaining popularity. In the past year, we’ve seen the rise of maximalism and glamorous dressing – which is a departure from the whole cool luxury trend. Fashion is feeling fun again, with more personality, elegance, colour, statement-making and individualism than last season. With vibrant Spring/Summer 2026 runway collections from designers like Valentino, it was clear that the pendulum had clearly swung.

This summer, it continues: Playful trends are everywhere. Examples of this are colorful shoes, woven bags, tankinis, swim shorts, bright totes and beaded necklaces.
