Aljunied, paid labor and are sub-locations in the Eunos Geylang Planning Area, which forms part of central area. From a real estate perspective, these three locations are notable areas on the map, namely for the diversity of properties that can be found within such a relatively tight cluster. As neighborhoods, Paya Lebar and Eunos share the perception that they are “more central but still east”, while Aljunied has a particularly diverse wealth mix. Each of these places is known for its unusual overlap of old shops, walk-up apartment1980s industrial buildings, condos and new Grade A offices in the Paya Labor Quarter.
