The late Queen Elizabeth II remained ‘fiercely loyal’ to her son, the former Duke of Andrew, even after his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein became a worldwide scandal.
This claim has been made by royal expert Rob Shooter quoting palace insiders.
In his article for Substack, Robb claimed that palace insiders are ready for even more damaging revelations about the lengths Queen Elizabeth II went to to protect the former Duke of York.
The source told Rob that what the public knows now is only the tip of the iceberg.
The expert says newly released government documents have already revealed that the late monarch personally pushed for Andrew to get the role of a powerful trade envoy, which dramatically expanded his reach to billionaires, foreign leaders and the global elite despite growing concerns over his behaviour.
The insider added, “Additional records, private communications and witness accounts may soon emerge showing the extent of the years-long security operation around Andrew.”
“Andrew got away with an extraordinary amount of money because the Queen protected him,” the close confidant said. People inside the palace knew he was a problem, but no one wanted to challenge Elizabeth over her favorite son.
The source said that Queen Elizabeth remained extremely loyal to Andrew even after his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein became infamous around the world.
The latest claims come a day after police confirmed they had expanded their investigation into another scam against Andrew.
