The security adviser said, “Whenever someone with Meghan’s global profile repeatedly displays extremely expensive jewelry, watches and luxury items in social media and publicity campaigns, there will inevitably be a conversation about whether this increases personal vulnerability.
“High-profile celebrities are already the target of obsessive attention, and visible wealth can heighten those concerns.”
The expert warned and said, “There are concerns that Meghan’s carefully crafted image emphasizes exclusivity, glamor and wealth in a way that naturally attracts the wrong kind of people.”
The warning comes as Markle appeared dressed in California-inspired clothing throughout a glossy Instagram video promoting products including preserves, candles, tea, honey and chocolate.
However, attention has now turned to Meghan’s diamond necklaces, Cartier jewelery and designer clothes rather than products.
