Perhaps apart from its computers, Taiwanese tech giant Acer also works on many other products that integrate a lot of modern technology. Take for example its new smart e-mobility lineup, which includes Acer’s new Nitro eCity Plus e-bike and Acer ES Series 3 Select e-scooterBoth of them are designed for daily urban commuting.
That said, the Acer Nitro eCity Plus e-bike has a ton of features including flexible cargo configurations, multiple riding modes, responsive power delivery, and even a removable battery. Meanwhile, the Acer ES Series 3 Select e-scooter offers a lightweight, foldable frame equipped with optimized braking, lighting system, and efficient urban performance.
A key feature of both models is built-in support with the Acer eMobility app, which now offers smartphone-based voice control. It allows riders to check battery status while on the go and manage vehicle lights hands-free. It also doubles as a central digital hub for tracking Acer’s entire portfolio, ride history, performance insights, and custom device settings.
For safety, scooter riders can use voice commands to activate an electronic lock that sounds an alarm and disables the system if the vehicle is taken illegally. For e-bike owners, the app relies on real-time anti-theft notifications that alert the user to unauthorized movement.
As far as availability goes, the Acer ES Series 3 Select will first arrive in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) regions in June 2026, with prices starting at 349 euros; Meanwhile, the Acer Nitro eCity Plus e-bike will be released in Taiwan in September 2026, with prices starting at TWD 49,800.
