Renders and key specifications of the new HMD smartphone have surfaced online. The phone is called HMD Grand and is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 2 chipset.
According to the leak, the handset will feature a 6.9-inch LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and full-HD+ resolution. The HMD Grand appears to be a budget 4G smartphone.
The leaked renders show the device in Flora Blue and Titanium color options. The phone appears to have relatively thick display bezels as well as a relatively prominent bottom chin.
In terms of optics, the HMD Grand is said to pack a 50MP primary rear camera paired with an 8MP ultrawide sensor housed within a rectangular camera module. On the front, the device is said to have a 50MP camera for selfies and video calls.

According to the leak, the smartphone will have a 6,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. Other expected features include dual speakers, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and dual microphones.
On the software front, the HMD Grand is said to ship with Android 16 out of the box and receive 2 years of OS updates along with 3 years of security patches. The device is expected to be offered in 6GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB configurations.
