We asked Rachel a few questions about the collaboration, her must-have products, and her daily routine. As someone who is beautiful inside and out, smart as a whip, cool, calm and laid-back, we have to know how she does it all.

Rachel Katzman’s AM and PM Routine: Wellness Non-Negotiables, Workout Habits + Must-Haves
Tell us about your AM and PM routine.
AM:
tongue scraping With copper tools. Wash the face with lukewarm water.
hot water or herbal tea paired with mineral.
Take my cats outside to get direct sunlight and start checking emails, slacks and texts
work out (I love to start my day by moving my body, whether it’s an in-person studio class or a 20-minute streaming video. It gives me instant energy and puts me in a good mood).
my 5-10 minutes vibration plate using mine ice roller.
Protein forward breakfast.
PM:
My favorite part of the day and where I spend the most time relaxing and unwinding.
wash my face, go to me pemf mat my feet up on the wall and my face under me celluma led lights. I usually meditate or sometimes listen to calming grounding music.
If I’m not applying a mask, I indulge in my skin care and actually take time to massage my face and scalp. i like to use it tool To remove any knots from my neck, shoulders and massage my head before sleeping.
I love to use this if I’m extra stressed pulsetto Calm my nervous system.
I write in my journal which has been a game changer for my sleep. Whatever is in my mind comes down to paper.
Then it’s an episode of forever housewives, summer houseor anything Well done. I have to pass out completely before I go to sleep
What’s one non-compromise skincare that makes all the difference?
The right kind of cleanser! If your face isn’t properly cleansed first, the rest of your products won’t be as effective. Make sure you wash your face from the hairline to the ears and under the jaw/chin. If you are applying SPF/makeup cleanser twice, follow with an oil cleanser first. (Epicutis) or micellar water (love these pads), then with your cleanser. I prefer to use a mild cleanser to avoid leaving blemishes on my face (it Or it)
How do you prepare for a workout?
I like to lay out my workout clothes the night before, it saves me time in the morning.
i always make mine sculpture 9 Take after my workout is over. This is Pvolve’s recovery drink which has all 9 essential amino acids – it has been a huge game changer for me, I have much less muscle soreness allowing me to stick to my routine (tip: add lots of ice and half a lemon to your drink).
I work out early in the morning, I have my breakfast prepared in advance and kept in the fridge so that it is easily accessible when I reach home. If I’m making eggs, things are ready for me on the top shelf that I can grab and create, if I’m making a smoothie bowl, everything is sitting there waiting for me.
I always have a workout in my calendar! Even if it’s a quick 15-20 minute stream, I schedule it, and I choose the video the night before!
I’m about 5p, Proper preparation prevents poor performance.
What advice do you give to women who want to transform their body, become stronger but still stay calm and grounded?
Find something you and your body actually enjoy! Your workout should make you feel good and you should be excited to do it. This is what will form the habit and make mobility a part of your life. Start small, commit to one day a week for a month. You will feel so good that one day will turn into two to three etc.
It’s all a long-term game with your health, your body, your mind. Yes, we want to see results today, but finding what’s right for you is what builds consistency and leads to long-term, lasting results. i really believe Pvolve That might be the thing for you.
What’s one small habit you start every day that sets the tone for your day?
I always make sure to take out 5-10 minutes in the morning to cuddle with my cats. Matsu loves nothing more than being in my arms like a baby. I put on some music and was present with her in that moment and honestly nothing made me happier than that. It calms me down instantly and puts me in a good mood before tackling the work day.

cured olive oil – I’ve tried a lot and always come back to this. The flavor is excellent and it has 6-8 times more polyphenols than your average olive oil.
a magazine – Writing down your thoughts, getting them out on paper and out of your mind will help deal with any stress, anxiety and help with regulation of the nervous system. Any magazine or piece of paper will work.
massage balls – I walk my legs outside every morning and night. We hold a lot of tension in our feet, and without proper foot mobility you will begin to feel tension throughout your legs and hips that shouldn’t be there.

I met Lauryn when I launched Pvolve and from day one she always knew our mission and our why. She loved the workout and we just clicked. It has been amazing to watch both of our companies grow and develop over the past 8 years and have a friend I can look up to and learn from.
