In conversation with the 40-year-old American television personality, actress and businesswoman People magazine and opens up about the one thing she takes with her on trips while hosting the famous reality television series.
“I pack a lot of workout stuff. I’ve started bringing some of my own workout equipment, like resistance bands, things like that,” Maddix told the outlet.
She added, “I definitely bring some bathing suits. I bring a lot of clothes that I can wear on set, so that I can be comfortable when I’m in glam, and then I have something comfortable to wear afterward.”

She said, “The show really took off in a different way than before, and to be able to say – not only am I the host of my favorite show, but I’m also the host of the number-one show in all of streaming, scripted or unscripted – that’s something I’m very proud to be a part of.”
