David Beckham is celebrating his wife and mother of his four children, Victoria Beckham.
​The former footballer took to his Instagram account on Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 10, praising his fashion designer wife for being the “best” mother.
​Taking to his Stories, David posted a black and white throwback picture of Victoria flaunting her baby bump, in which she can be seen enjoying a walk on the beach on a sunny day.
​She wore a body-hugging bodysuit with strings tied behind her neck and completed her look with sunglasses.
“Happy Mother’s Day to the best mom ever,” the proud husband wrote above the photo along with two black heart emojis.
​They also added a sticker of the American flag, referring to Mother’s Day in the US. In Britain it is celebrated every year three weeks before Easter Sunday.
It is pertinent to mention that David and Victoria are parents to sons Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz as well as daughter Harper.
​It comes amid ongoing Beckham family drama, which began after Brooklyn skipped David’s 50th birthday and claimed earlier this year that her parents, Victoria and David, had attempted to break up his marriage to wife Nicola Peltz.
​Victoria recently spoke about her children, saying that she and David “don’t put any pressure” on them and “just want them to do what they love, work hard and be happy.”
