Zach Braff recalls an embarrassing experience with Michael Fassbender.
she’s talking to dax Armchair Expert PodcastZach shared that it was during a night out in Las Vegas with Scrubs co-star Donald Faison that he met Michael Fassbender, who discussed their work and expressed a desire to work together.
“Michael Fassbender grabbed me by the shoulders.”
“He grabs me, and before I can say anything, he says, ‘I love you.’ I say, ‘Oh my God.’ He says, ‘I like your work. I love everything you do… the shit you do is amazing,” he continued commenting, “I wish we could work together.”
However, they soon discovered that it was due to mistaken identity and Shame Starr thought he was Dax Shepard.
Later, when he mentioned Shepherd’s 2017 action-comedy Chips, Fassbender realized he’d got the wrong guy.
“My ego is like here.
“Donald is looking at me like, ‘Yeah, boy.’ Proud. And then (Fassbender) says, ‘I mean, fuck chips, dude.’ “
He recalled, “I felt my heart sink because now, it’s not only about Dax, but I don’t know how to get out of this encounter. It’s so hard.”
