Married at First Sight UK star Mel Schilling has lost her battle with cancer.
The reality TV star was 54 years old. He died “surrounded by love,” his family said on Instagram.
CPL Productions, which makes Married at First Sight UK, said: “Everyone at CPL was deeply saddened to hear of the death of our dear friend and colleague, Mel Schilling.
“For many years, many of us have had the pleasure of working with Mel on Married at First Sight, and his passing today will be deeply saddening to all who knew him.
“Mel went far beyond being a brilliant on-screen presenter; she was a friend to CPL and many of us who worked with her.
“We send our love and heartfelt condolences to Mel’s family, friends and everyone close to her at this incredibly difficult time. She will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched.”
