He said the evidence allegedly showed that she “was able to secretly maintain this relationship between herself and the victim…”
The judge further said, “She hid this relationship from her husband, others and everyone else and continued this relationship despite knowing her true age.”
Prosecutor Kylie Finley also told the court that her office has 7,500 pages of disturbing and offensive messages between Fiesler and the victim, which show he “groomed, manipulated and abused” her for six years.
Fiesler is accused of having sex with the student six times — when he was 13 and 14 years old — and sending her explicit messages for years until she finally ended it.
He is now 18 and a legal adult, and reported the long-term abuse to police after trying to break off contact with him in January.
The victim alleged that the sexual assault occurred in 2021 when he was a student at Orchard Valley Middle School.
The allegation is that Fiesler abused her in his car and even in his classroom.
Finley alleges that for years, he sent her creepy messages – reminiscing about their sexual encounters, asking her to describe sex he had with girls her age and offering to buy her a sex toy.
When she attempted to break things off, he allegedly molested her to keep her in his clutches.
The court was also told that when the student told it about his mental problems Health and together dating People of Fiesler’s age acknowledged forcing him to “grow up unusually quickly”.
The teen’s recent message read, “I have to work really hard to rebuild the things you broke inside me. You destroyed the things inside me. You took away my innocence from me.”
He later sent a message that read, “I don’t want you in my life anymore,” but she reportedly persisted.
Fiesler is charged with six counts of first-degree sexual assault of a minor, one count of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child and one count of second-degree official misconduct of a public servant.
The top charges carry a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, while both second-degree charges carry a maximum sentence of 10 years.
