Keanu Reeves is sharing his two cents with new actors.
The John Wick actor, who is promoting his comedy Outcome, said in a recent interview with E! The news for aspiring actors is that they should not be fooled and respect the people they work with.
Reeves told up-and-comers in the film industry, “Try not to be influenced by *************.”
He added, “Go to work and respect the people you work with until they prove they don’t respect you.”
Reeves said, “Don’t try to be a (a******). It may not work, but try.”
Her ‘Outcome’ co-star Matt Bomer also shared a piece of advice on the subject.
“If you’re as lucky as Reef, surround yourself with friends and keep your friends who maybe already know you, if you can, who can really support you and be there for you through the good and the bad and the ups and downs,” Bomer said.
While Cameron Diaz shared her wise words to young actors on fame, “I would say there is no handbook or manual for becoming famous, so you have to write your own and follow your manuscript.”
Diaz said, “You just have to make it your own. You can’t really do that – you don’t know what’s going to happen with it. Reach out to other people you admire who do it the way they do it, and ask them for some advice.”
