Paris Jackson was noticeably absent from the premiere of her father Michael Jackson’s upcoming biopic.
While most of the Jackson family members were seen at the world premiere of ‘Michael K’ at Uber Eats Music Hall in Berlin, Paris, they on the other hand opted to spend time in West Hollywood.
Paris was photographed chatting with a friend and smoking a cigarette on the streets of Los Angeles tmz.
Jackson family members attending the event included Michael’s sons Prince Jackson and Biggie Jackson, as well as Jafar Jackson, who plays the King of Pop in the film, as well as his father Jermaine Jackson and uncle Jackie Jackson.
Paris has previously been vocal about her concerns over the biopic. He clapped back at Colman Domingo’s comment suggesting that he contributed to the film. At the time, he revealed that parts of the script felt foul and “didn’t feel right” to him. However, he later clarified that their disagreement stemmed from a misunderstanding.
Even after the conflict was resolved, Paris continued to conflict with the executors of his father’s estate, John Branca and John McClain.
He recently blamed Branca for what he described as the “poor production” of the film, claiming that reshoots reportedly cost more than $10 million.
