The witness list against Blake Lively for her upcoming trial it ends with us Costar and director Justin Baldoni also includes her husband Ryan Reynolds.
Lively’s legal team filed a pre-trial motion on April 11, listing all witnesses who are expected to testify when the proceedings begin early next month.
Lively and Reynolds are listed first to take the stand and court documents obtained by US Weekly reveal the couple will miss Baldoni’s alleged “misconduct related to the film, the film’s post-production, the film’s promotion and marketing campaign.”
In addition to the star duo, Baldoni will take the stand alongside producer Jamie Heath and Crisis PR executive Melissa Nathan.
Lively’s publicist, Leslie Sloane, and gossip Girl The alum’s sister, Robyn Lively, as well as her It End’s With Us costars Isabella Ferrer and Jenny Slate are also expected to testify.
Colleen Hoover, who wrote the novel on which the film was made, is scheduled to be deposed outside the courtroom.

Lively shared in a statement via social media at the time, “I am grateful for the court’s decision, which allowed the core of my case to be presented to a jury next month, and ultimately the ability to fully tell my story at trial, not only for me, but for those who do not have the same opportunity.”
