My true passion is loungewear. I know I’m being nice with these work outfits, but where I work first and foremost is comfortable attire. I’m lucky enough to be able to stay home a day or two instead of always commuting, which has allowed me to say that it’s okay to have a lot of sweat outfits and/or activewear that make me feel high but good. Even at home, if you wear your too-worn t-shirt and joggers (I know you know who I’m talking about), you feel less productive sitting at your desk than if you spruced it up a bit. The best thing about some of these pieces? They are perfectly capable of chasing your kids around after hours or on weekends. Track pants for sports class, sweat suits for travel, silk pants for birthday parties, or workout wear to bounce between your stuff and play dates — there’s always a reason for these pieces.
These brands are my favorites that I can always count on to feel elevated and comfortable no matter where I am. I gravitate towards gray and black, the basic colors, but most of these brands come in a variety of colors to fit “your” best color and vibe.
Great.

All of their loungewear options come in original colors and new spring patterns every season. They have wide-cropped or classic sweatpants. Their sweatshirts also look good with jeans, so it’s a win/win, and all of their t-shirts are beyond comfortable.

I like this brand, I like their basics. I bought cropped sweatshirts and wore their wide-leg and boyfriend sweatpants until I was in the mood. Disclaimer: I try to invest in comfortable items that not only wear well but also wash well, and can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion, paired with other items in my wardrobe. I’ve found that it makes a difference in the long run and I find myself able to wear them for years instead of a few times.

This brand has garnered a cult following and it’s easy to understand why once you start collecting their pieces from each drop. Thermal, knit, pointel – they’re all good.

Aviator Nation is a California lifestyle brand that has taken off over the years. The coziest collection of pieces for when you need to be more comfortable. As we officially enter spring, become obsessed with their new tie-dye drops.
vuori

I’m a little behind Vuori, but I really like all their clothes. Their workout wear is comfortable yet breathable, and their sweat can go from walking around the block to running errands, to working out all day and then to school pickup. They are truly made to last.
free city

Free City has never gone out of style. Like with recent celebrities When it comes to Jennifer Lawrence, it’s easy to say they’re back but they’re never gone. The real ones know! Hot Tip: They make the absolute best under belly pregnancy pants, as well as being perfect for postpartum.

Clothes are butter. I can’t stop collecting their tank and leggings sets and reach for them on all my trips or when I know I’ll be in active wear all day.

Lesette is my go-to. Their cardigan and sweatpants combination makes dressing up easy. Basic colors and fun colors, if that’s your thing.
