For those unaware, Spears was taken into custody in Ventura County, California on the evening of March 4 on suspicion of driving under the influence of a combination of alcohol and drugs.
He was sent to the hospital to have his blood alcohol content tested and released the next morning.

He added, “This was an unfortunate incident that is completely inexcusable. Britney is going to do the right thing and follow the law.”
