Israel and Lebanon have agreed to a 10-day ceasefire starting at 21:00 GMT on Thursday, said US President Donald Trump, who spoke with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Lebanese President Joseph Aoun. Al Jazeera correspondent Obaida Hitto, reporting from Tyre, says the situation remains “very serious”.
