Local people are scared after an explosion in Toronto, Canada.
Video footage shared online shows the aftermath of the incident, which appears to have happened near Downsview Airport, a disused military air base.
Sharing another image online, one user said: “Just barely saw this explosion in Toronto, created whole Twitter account asking what’s going on.”
Another said: “Explosion occurred near Downsview Airport in Toronto.”
A third said: “Did anyone see the explosion that lit up the sky over North York??? It was so bright and big that my friend thought it was a nuclear bomb.”
