The Duchess of Sussex, who lit two new candles in honor of her children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, has been accused of insulting the late Her Majesty just hours before her 100th birthday.
A message on the As Ever Instagram page read: “Introducing two new candles beautifully crafted by our founder and named in honor of his children’s birth dates.
“Number 604, named for the birth date of Princess Lilibet, is floral and radiant with notes of amber, water lily and Santal.
“No. 506, named after Prince Archie’s birth date, is warm and grounding with notes of ginger, neroli and cashmere.”
Blaming Meghan for her actions, one user on Reddit wrote: “As usual, dealing with babies on the late Queen’s 100th birthday. Disgusting.”
Another agreed: “This is 100% about trolling (the royal family) on (the late Queen’s) 100th birthday. Doesn’t care if she sells a single candle.”
A third continued: “Remove the title and let’s see how she promotes her products after the title is removed.”
