Prince Harry and Meghan Markle recently returned from a private tour of Australia, but their security was breached after the Daily Mail breached their ban and fined them $500,000 – but who will pay for it? There is a question in the minds of most people.
To this end, celebrity news reporter Rob Shuter has come forward and cited a source with knowledge of the matter.
For those who don’t know, the tour lasted for four full days, hitting multiple cities. According to a palace source, “The facts they won’t say tell you everything. If it were plain and simple, they would just name the funders.”
Naughty But Nice Speaking to Substack, he also said, “There is real concern. Because when money is not transparent, people start asking why.”
As far as identity is concerned, the same source believes that outside supporters were involved as it is very likely that the couple did not personally foot the full cost of the trip.
The source echoed the same sentiments and admitted, “It wasn’t Harry and Meghan writing the checks. There were business interests involved. We’ve seen how it happens. When rich people do funding, it can get messy — fast.”
He also clarified, “It wasn’t just a few speaking engagements. It was a full-scale tour – and someone financed it. It’s not just about the money. It’s about the impact – and who’s really behind it.”
