Kate Middleton looks emotional towards Queen Elizabeth II on her birth anniversary:
The Princess of Wales, who joined other royals at Buckingham Palace to celebrate the occasion, impressed by being the ‘perfect hostess’.
Speaking about the future Queen, body language expert Judy James told the Mirror: “Kate’s body language defines her as an ideal and very active hostess, while the simple lilac dress with 1940s-inspired bust darts and three rows of pearls would have seemed like a very powerful tribute to the late Queen’s iconic style, would have been on her 100th birthday.”
Judy said, “Kate is inclusive here, gently conducting, directing and enhancing the mood with a series of warm touches, smiles and eye contact.”
“In one pose she places her hand on William’s back to ‘show off’ the group as he appears to tell a joke with a glass of drink in hand.
She notes: “Her ritual is loving and flattering towards her husband as she turns and looks at him, raising her cheeks and throwing circular smiles of admiration and playful humor when he makes his point.”
Judy explained: “Kate registers the same level of warmth with an older gentleman guest, whose hand she is seen holding after introducing them, plus she places her free hand on his arm and nods her head in an upgrading ritual of additional interest and affection.”
