Meghan Markle is reportedly making a renewed effort to stay connected with Netflix leadership as her and Prince Harry’s multimillion-dollar deal with the streaming platform comes to an end.
According to reports, the Duchess of Sussex has been sending personal messages to Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos and his wife Nicole Avant, including handwritten notes, flowers and jars of their As Ever brand.
Additionally, Meghan was spotted spending time with the couple at an event in California, further fueling speculation that she may be hoping to maintain a positive relationship with the company.
However, an insider said Netflix bosses are finding the strategy “annoying,” adding, “Some people are finding it too much — and honestly, it’s not working,” per Express.
He added, “If anything, it’s becoming annoying. But Meghan believes it’s necessary. In her mind, that’s how you repair — and protect — a relationship.”
Another source revealed, “It’s a constant – cards, gifts, extremely personal messages. She’s making sure they feel valued, remembered and appreciated.”
