If you’re one of those people who finds the trend of complicated outfits extremely frustrating, I think you’ll be very pleased with the look Hailey Bieber wore in NYC recently. It was as simple as that, and it sums up what I’ve seen happening in fashion in general this year.

Yes, maximalism has gone way back, but on the other hand, many of the season’s biggest trends are actually basic. Polo-neck pullovers, knee-length skirts, raglan tees, white pants and jeans, and cropped flares are just some of the trends I’m mentioning.
