It has never been easier to try and win a free e-reader. Kobo is running a new quiz-based giveaway with colorful e-readers, gift cards, and accessories. The company’s “This or That” contest involves either a short set of questions that mold you into a reader’s personality and automatically enter you into a prize draw.

At the end of the quiz, you’ll see how other users voted on all seven questions to get a look at the general trends. Kobo also offers book recommendations based on your results, so the competition doubles as a simple search tool.
There’s also a push toward Kobo’s subscription ecosystem. VIP members automatically get five bonus entries.
Kobo is giving away a total of 44 prizes. Four grand prize winners will receive a bundle that will include a Kobo Libra Color, a Kobo Stylus 2, and a Kobo Libra Color Stylus Case. The rest of the prize pool includes Kobo e-Gift cards and a page-turning Kobo remote.
The odds aren’t fantastic, but entering the contest is extremely low effort. For just a few minutes of your time, you can walk away with a nice prize and at least a few solid book recommendations. Winners are expected to be selected in mid-May, with all winners being contacted directly via email by May 31st.
