LeAnn Rimes has postponed two shows of her 30 Years of Blue Tour.
The singer had to share the disappointing news with her fans as she recovered from a “serious illness”.
“I am unable to travel and perform this week,” Rimes revealed on Instagram Stories on Wednesday.
Adding, “I’m very sad to report that the upcoming shows in Spokane and Seattle will be rescheduled. Also, the good news is that we’ll see you soon!”
Rimes further wrote, “I am truly saddened by the rescheduling and I am so grateful for your kindness and continued support throughout my recovery.”
However, she added, “I’m looking forward to getting back on stage soon and seeing you.”
LeAnn Rimes is bedridden battling her illness. “I don’t know exactly what I have, but it’s brutal! Haven’t left the bed,” she wrote, posting a photo of herself.
This comes as the songstress celebrates her career milestone with the Blue Tour completing 30 years. It has been three decades since the release of his album Blue.
Rimes released her album Blue at the age of 13, her first success in 1996, catapulting her to international stardom. The album reached number 1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart and has since been certified 6× platinum by the RIAA.
