If there’s one thing I can tell you for sure without even saying anything saw The Devil Wears Prada 2 is one whose wardrobe a million girls would die for. Nearly 20 years after the original, Anne Hathaway, Meryl Streep and Emily Blunt are returning to their iconic roles, and if the first look is anything to go by, the fashion – if not unprecedented – is certainly breathtaking.

To say that the sequel has a lot going on would be an understatement. The original gave us one of fashion cinema’s most iconic style transformations – perhaps, only the second princess diary. As costume designer Molly Rogers said: “In the first film, she’s a real fish out of water, and watching her evolution – especially stepping into pieces like the Chanel thigh-high boots – was everything.”
