Just a week after Kylie Jenner was sued by one of her cleaning staff, a second maid has alleged that she faced harsh and unkind treatment while working for the beauty mogul.
The woman, Juana Delgado Soto, claimed that the Kylie Cosmetics founder did not intervene when she faced abuse from fellow employees, even though she had written a letter to Kylie asking for help.
She filed a lawsuit against Kylie Jenner, her staff supervisor, Itzel Cibrian, Kylie Jenner Inc., Tri Star Services, and LaMaison Family Services on April 29, accusing them of failure to pay wages, harassment, racial discrimination, failure to prevent or remedy the harassment, and several other allegations.
In response, a spokesperson for Kylie declined to comment on the situation on Thursday as the representative revealed keeping up with the Kardashians The Star had not yet seen the lawsuit.
According to the lawsuit, obtained by many times, He claims that he was not given proper food and rest time during his initial years of work. She says the situation worsened in late 2023 when Cibrian became her supervisor.
In 2024, Soto filed a complaint with HR, saying Cibrian made fun of her accent, immigration status and race and called her an idiot. Cibrian was removed for a while but later returned. Soto alleges that after she returned, Cibrian retaliated by cutting her pay, giving her too much work and changing her schedule.
Soto and another employee named Hernandez Vasquez, who sued Kylie, are represented by the same attorney, Della Shaker.
For those who filed the case on April 17, Vasquez alleges that she was subjected to “severe and pervasive harassment” during her employment period for the reality star from September 2024 to August 2025.
