Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are facing a new wave of tension behind the scenes, with insiders claiming differences over money are starting to come under strain.
According to a US-based entertainment site, the Duchess of Sussex is said to feel strongly about the work she does to increase her income and becomes defensive when her intentions are questioned, especially by Harry.
Recently, the Sussexes went on a pseudo-royal tour of Australia where they were accused of mixing charity work with money-making efforts.
It came after the outfits Meghan wore while visiting sick children and victims of tragic events were later promoted on a shopping platform she was associated with, allowing people to buy the same outfits.
“When Meghan is accused of being greedy or overly obsessed with making money, she gets extremely defensive, so it’s a big nerve to have Harry give her a hard time for it,” the insider said of the former Suits star.
