Introduction
The OnePlus Pad 4 is the brand’s newest premium Android tablet. It replaces last year’s OnePlus Pad 3, and bears somewhat of a resemblance to it.
It’s fairly easy to describe the OnePlus Pad 4 as a relatively straightforward iterative update compared to the Pad 3. It would be easy to list the number of things that have changed, since the list is short. The new tablet upgrades to the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, has a 10% larger battery, and supports new bespoke accessories in the form of a keyboard cover and stylus.

Of course, the OnePlus Pad 3 was a fairly accomplished tablet, so annual iterative updates don’t seem that bad, especially considering that tablets are rarely updated anyway. But should OnePlus perhaps have done something else? Let’s find out.

The packaging of the OnePlus Pad 4 is quite basic and includes the tablet, charger, and a cable. Accessories like stylus and keyboard case will have to be purchased separately.
