King Charles has made a major decision on the royal titles of his nieces Princess Eugenie and Beatrice after their father Andrew was stripped of his honors following the Epstein scandal.
Eugenie and Beatrice’s parents faced disgrace and were even removed from the Royal Lodge following the release of the Epstein files.
The king has apparently decided that the York sisters will not lose their royal titles and remain part of the royal family despite their parents’ scandal.
The palace took to social media on behalf of King Charles and sent a clear message to Princess Eugenie’s critics.
The palace called Andrew and Sarah’s younger daughter ‘Her Royal Highness Princess Eugenie’ to clarify her royal title.
Sharing a photo of Princess Eugenie’s two sons, the palace also announced that she is expecting her third child with husband Jack Brooksbank.
The palace announcement reads, “Her Royal Highness Princess Eugenie and Mr. Jack Brooksbank are very pleased to announce that they are expecting their third child this summer.
“August (age 5) and Ernest (age 2) are also very excited to have another sibling joining the family.”
It was also confirmed that Princess Eugenie has informed the King about the exciting news and the King is ‘delighted’ about it.
The post further read, “The King has been informed and is happy with the news.”
