This is the Nord CE6, the newest mid-range smartphone from OnePlus. It launches alongside the Nord CE6 Lite, and follows the successful launch of the more premium Nord 6 last month.
Starting with the quick unboxing, there are no real surprises for the Nord CE6 preset, which is a good thing for a OnePlus product. This means you still get the full set of in-box accessories, including an 80W charger, a cable, and a case. It’s good to see that the company is still providing everything you need in this segment too.
The design of the phone is similar to the Nord 6. Both phones have similar dimensions, so really the only visible differences are the rear camera design and color. The Nord CE6 comes in three subtle colors of blue, pearl and black, and has a simplified back camera design, as it has one less camera than the Nord 6.

What it doesn’t compromise on is build quality. Like the Nord 6, the Nord CE6 comes equipped with all the IP ratings you can think of, including IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K. It even passes MIL-STD-810H tests as proof of its sturdiness.
Coming back to the camera, the Nord CE6 sports a 50MP camera on the back with dual-axis OIS, capable of recording 4K videos. On the front, there is a 32MP camera with autofocus, which can also shoot 4K videos.

On the display front, the Nord CE6 features the same 144Hz 1.5K AMOLED display as the Nord 6. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, and the company promises 144fps gaming in select titles. Finally, the phone has a large 8000mAh battery, which can also be used to reverse charge other devices.
Sales of Nord CE6 will start from May 7. Check back later for a full review.
