- 8 slices Bread sourdough, ciabatta, or your favorite
- 8-10 ounce Fresh Mozzarella Cheese chopped up
- 1 Big Tomato chopped up
- fresh basil thinly sliced
- 4 Ladle balsamic glaze optional
- 4 Ladle butter soft
